When Changing Bill To Address system deletes Credit Card Details On Order Entry Form (Doc ID 1906114.1)

Goal

While creating the order, when we changing the Ship To address which in turn Changes the Bill To address the following fields are erased, Credit Card Number, Expiration date, and Credit Card details.Why this is happening and how to avoid the same?
