Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

When attempting to enroll 2 workers in a plan the following error occurs in the log of the program completed with Warnings.

Number of selected persons: 1
XXX is not in the plan population. Cannot enroll.
No. of persons errored: 1




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. HR Professional (responsibility)
2. Performance Management
3. Plan Administration
4. Select: Performance Management 2014
5. Select: Enroll Workers
6. Continue
7. Search and add worker 200
8. Submit
