In Oracle Warehouse Management, LPN Inspection for Lot controlled items are failing when the Primary UOM of the item and Transaction UOM are different.
When attempting to LPN Inspection via Mobile device, the following error shows up on the Mobile screen.
LPN Inspection failed. Check log for details
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer has an Item with Primary UOM = Foot (FT)
2. Created a PO for the Item for a qty = 10 FT
3. Performed receipt for qty = 10 FT
4. Complete Inspection in UOM = IN (Inches) , qty = 120 ( UOM Conversion , 1FT = 12 Inches )
The Mobile screen shows the error.
