How Can One Achieve Discounts Based On Quantities In Multiples Of 20?

For example:

Item XYZ
Quantity 23
Total Ext Price should be (20 * $50) + (3 * $100) = $1300

Item XYZ
Quantity 49
Total Ext Price should be (40 * $50) + (9 * $100) = $2900

Item XYZ
Quantity 79
Total Ext Price should be (60 * $50) + (19 * $100) = $4900

* These could be 3 separate lines on an order or perhaps one might opt to consider lines on 3 different orders.
