Error Using Endeca With Oracle Learning Management

Error using Endeca with Oracle Learning Management
Customer is getting this error in Oracle Learning Management while implementing Oracle Endeca 18.104.22.168 :
"An error occurred while executing query: exception encountered while executing external function 'internal:navigation-query', caused by error endeca-err:MDEX0001 : Invalid input : Error in data source filter: This corpus does not have an attribute named "MEMBER_COUNT"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OTA related patches applied to EBS:
Patch 16691436 (16691436:R12.HR_PF.B) - HRMS Consolidated Patch for Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions with Oracle Endeca 22.214.171.124
Patch 17766019 (17766019:R12.FND.B) - Clicking on Logout Gives 'Not Found' Error
Patch 15883474 (15883474:R12.FND.B) - Create UI for FND_EID Schema
Online Help Patches
High Level Steps regarding installing and integrating Endeca:
1. Downloaded the “Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions for Oracle Endeca Media Pack for Linux x86-64-bit” media pack (V39078-01.zip)
2. Setup the Endeca Database
3. Applied EBS Patches
4. Install Endeca and other EID components
5. Create JNDI data source
6. Integrated EID with EBS
All steps were followed as per <Document 1562372.1>.
After this customer did RBAC setup for seeded " Learner Self Service" responsibility. Also tried with custom responsibility and got same error.
The issue has the following business impact: Testing Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions with Oracle Endeca 126.96.36.199
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Oracle Endeca 188.8.131.52 Search
