Maintenance Requirement Attach Routes Sequencing Issue

In Fleet Maintenance .. while testing the fix for the Work Order (WO) sequencing issue (ref <Bug 18154403>), discovered that once routes are attached to a Maintenance Requirement (MR) there is no way to change the sequence that they are in.
This could be a big problem because customer prefer to use the attach function to add routes to an MR all at once as it will be common to have 30 or 40 Routes on MR's and customer will not always have the routes numbered/named in sequence or alphabetically (could be using the same routes for multiple MR’s).
If unable to sequence the routes on the MR, then the visit tasks will be all out of sequence which in turn will cause the Work Orders to be out of sequence once pushed to production.
