When opening an existing Service Request from the Find Service Request form, and pressing Save without changing anything, a save is done:
FRM-40400 Transaction complete: 1 records applied and saved.
What is Working:
This happens only for the first SR opened from the Find SR form.
For subsequent SR's shown in the Find SR results list, the problem does not occur.
