Employee Cannot be Backed Out Due to Element Entry Update Since Post Process (Doc ID 1907122.1)

After submitting the Compensation Workbench Back-out Postprocess, the below error occurs:

BEN_94749_CWB_RECENT_ELE_CHG: Employee cannot be backed out due an update to their element entry since the Postprocess was run.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Compensation Workbench for Administrators.Run Post process
2. Select "Run Postprocess" from Batch Requests.
3. Select "Run Back-out Postprocess from Batch Requests.
Error is shown on the log file.
