Employee Cant Be Backed Out Due to Element Entry update Since Post Process (Doc ID 1907122.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Compensation Workbench

When running the backout post process, getting the below error

ERROR

94749 Employee cannot be backed out due an update to their element entry since the Post process was run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Post process
2. Run backout post process
