On : 12.1.3 version, Account Details
After applying <Patch 16422264>, the iReceivables Customer Statement download exhibits poor performance. Also, it ends with the following error:
Internal Server Error
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Customers > Search for a Customer
1. Navigate to Account Details for All Locations of that customer.
2. Customer Statement > Download
This exhibits poor performance
It could be after application of Patch 16422264. However, for customer with large number of records, there could be performance issues.
