Error Messages For Credit Card Authorization Failure In Order Management (Doc ID 1907599.1)

 When booking an order, if case of credit card authorization failure, getting the message as "Declined(12)"
Expecting a more descriptive message on why the authorization failed.

Is this expected functionality?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Enter an order with payment type as Credit card. (Enter a credit card that is likely to fail authorization because of credit limit etc.). Book the order and the "Declined(12)" is shown
