Assignment form: when implementing mandatory grade field as suggested in note 1334759.1, the field is yellow but still can be saved whenever there is no value.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Implement note 1334759.1 for the Grade field and the Position field displayed on the Assignment form.
2. HRMS Manager
3. People
4. Enter and Maintain
5. Assignment.
6. See the Grade field in Yellow.
7. Save
