Goal
This note explains how to run the Start and Stop the Email Processing concurrent programs in 12.2.3 for Email Center.
The reason for the note, is there is a change in the processing in 12.1.3 after application of a patch that changes the functionality of the Email Center Concurrent Programs and means the 'Stop Email Processing' concurrent program is now redundant.

This change has been rolled up into the 12.2.3 version of Oracle Applications.
