No Items Displayed in "Create Service Request" Item LOV (Doc ID 1908863.1)

In Production Planning ... there were no items in the "Create Service Request" page's Item list of value (LOV) when it cleared the item/instance number/serial number/Lot items after transition from Technician WorkBench page.

Note: Search results were displayed if run from the Production Planning function.

1.Log in with Complex MRO Technician responsibility
2.Navigate to:Technician -> My Work Orders
3.Search Work Orders
4.Select Work Order and click "Update" button
5.Select "Create Non-routine" from "Select Work Order" list box and click "Go" button.
6.Clear the Item/Instance Number/Serial Number/Lot items
7.Search Item LOV
