In Production Planning ... there were no items in the "Create Service Request" page's Item list of value (LOV) when it cleared the item/instance number/serial number/Lot items after transition from Technician WorkBench page.
1.Log in with Complex MRO Technician responsibility
2.Navigate to:Technician -> My Work Orders
3.Search Work Orders
4.Select Work Order and click "Update" button
5.Select "Create Non-routine" from "Select Work Order" list box and click "Go" button.
6.Clear the Item/Instance Number/Serial Number/Lot items
7.Search Item LOV
