ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After cancelling the PO line using the API, the PO went to ""In Process" status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After cancelling the PO line using the API, the PO went to "Appoved" status.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use PO_Document_Control_PUB.control_document to cancel one PO line
2. After complete , PO status goes to In process
