The Order Organizer incorrectly shows the Override ATP flag as checked when it should not be.

Expect the Override ATP flag to show as unchecked in the Order Organizer as it does when shown on the sales order form / Shipping tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place orders into the interface table from an external system.
In the interface table set the OVERRIDE_ATP_DATE_CODE column to 'N'.
2. Import the order using normal import processes.
3. Check the order in the Sales Order line view. It shows the Override ATP flag not checked.
4. View the same order in the Order Organizer - Lines the Override ATP is checked.

The issue has the following business impact:
Based on the Order Organizer screen, users assumed that orders had the ATP Override Flag set. ATP override is an exception process which we only use to book orders for which not enough stock is available. Users now have to go into the order details to find the actual setting of the ATP override flag.
