Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Payment
When attempting to add prepayment to the order,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Pre-payment Credit Card Authorization for Payment Line Number 1 failed with error
Document sequence does not exist for the current document even though profile option Sequential Numbering is set to Partially Used.
Please enter a receipt number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Managment Super User
2. Open Order Organizer
New - Payment > Prepayment Checked, Cash, Receipt Method and error appears.
