Issue with Personalization in Buyer Work Center Requisitions > Demand Workbench

able to add and see many fields in Demand Work bench but following fields are not coming up even though the fields are set up Rendered as True :-

  a) Note to Buyer
  b) Item Description


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Note To buyer and Item description should be visible in Requisitions > Demand Workbench > requisitions table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Buyer Work Center > Requisitions > Demand Workbench
2. Make Note To buyer and Item description > Rendered as True
