Property "glog.job.financial.amount" Setting Not Altering Display

Symptoms
Within the job details screen screen search for a job, to review the Expenses section of the job here you see the column containing both allocated amount and total amount displayed as Alloc Amt/Total Amt.
The Objective is to display the column as Total Amount only.
The following is the description of this property from OTM HELP:
Followed OTM Help to achieve the objective as stated above by adding a new line in glog.properties file as "glog.job.financial.amount=Total" then bounced the system, then returned to the Job Details screen. The Alloc Amt/ Total Amt column did not reflect the change. The assumption is that the column heading would of showed up as Total Amont instead of Alloc Amt/ Total Amt.
