On : 12.1 version, AGIS General Ledger

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Personalize search Views do not save newly added search criteria.
After creating and saving a personalized view that will only select batches with transaction status = rejected, when use the view in the outbound page, it does not restrict the data shown to only transaction status = rejected.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the view to only shows batches with transaction status = rejected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create personalized view to only return batches with transaction status = rejected
2. Select the view in the outbound page
