Outstanding Credit Memo Data Issues In Channel Revenue Management (Doc ID 1909889.1)

Symptoms

We have some data issues in our Oracle Channel Revenue Management and below are the details.

The Batch header status in OZF_SD_BATCH_HEADERS_ALL is ‘PENDING_CLOSE’ but the lines in OZF_SD_BATCH_LINES_ALL table is ‘NEW’. Looks like our business did a write-off on the below batches and we need to close these batches as the header status is pending close and the lines are still in New.

Claim#: 221116-1
Batch#: 888, Claim#: C13277-4

There are some Batches where the header status is ‘PENDING_CLOSE’ but the lines are in ‘SUBMITTED’.

Please advise on cleaning this data.
