Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

When trying to query data from the view  CSD_REPAIR_ACTUAL_LINES_V no records are found.

Some customers may have customizations or custom reports  that are setup to query data from the view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the following query and no records are returned

SQL> select * from CSD_REPAIR_ACTUAL_LINES_V;
