Symptoms

When attempting to create a Purchase Requisition, the following error occurs.

Error:
APP-PO-14142: PO_REQ_LNS_C1.get_source-165: ORA-0000: normal,
successful completion.

Cause: A SQL error has occured in PO_REQ_LNS_C1.get_source. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Requisitions -> Requisitions

Trying to Create a Purchase Requisition

2. Destination Type = Inventory
  Tab =  Lines
  Line Type = Goods

3. Getting error
APP-PO-14142: PO_REQ_LNS_C1.get_source-165: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
