Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Fulfillment

When attempting to receive an RMA, the following error occurs.

ERROR

RVTII-030: Subroutine rvtiicreate() returned an internal error.

Cannot read value for profile option INV_DEBUG_TRACE in routine &ROUTINE.
