12.2 E-Business Suite Applications Manager Applications Installation RapidWiz Process Fails with RC-50013 / RW-50004 while installing EBS (Doc ID 1910506.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Manager, Applications Installation related issues

During a  12.2installation rapidwiz fails with RW-50004.

The installation logfile xxxxxxxx(timestamp).log shows the following error:

  /      0% completed       RC-50004: Fatal: Error occurred in ApplyAppsTechStack:

RC-50013: Fatal: Failed to instantiate driver /../fs2/EBSapps/10.1.2/appsutil/driver/regclone.drv

Cannot execute registration of Applications Techstack

    RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error:   1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process.  Check log file for details.
Running APPL_TOP Install Driver for eb11 instance


The log ApplyDatabase_xxxx.log shows the following error:

  AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
    Directory: /../fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/bin/perl -I /../fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/lib/5.10.0 -I /../fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0 -I /../fs2/EBSapps/appl/au/12.0.0/perl -I /../fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/ohs/mod_perl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0/aix-thread-multi-64all /../fs2/EBSapps/10.1.2/appsutil/clone
      ouicli.pl               INSTE8_APPLY       -1

 

It was found that the Oracle Universal Installer stopped at "opmnctl start" as below form cloneActionsxxxx-xx-xx_xx-xx-xxxx.log:

command = /../fs2/EBSapps/10.1.2/opmn/bin/opmnctl start
