Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Presently have 2 issues:

1. When creating a new Comp Item with source as 'Benefit Balance', the currency list STOPS at the letter "S" and Statistical is the last in the drop down. Want to select US Dollar but cannot.
So had to create the benefit balances as comp items with a value of "no currency" because not sure what else to do.

2. Find that Benefit Balance created on Total Comp Statement does not display/populate the value and correct currency.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Expect to create benefit balances as 'Monetary' comp items and select US Dollar as currency.

2. Show the correct Benefit Balance on Total Comp Statement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps for issue 1:
a. Total Compensation Statement Setup
> Query statement and then Task List: Update Statement Setup
> Task 3: Define Overview Section Details
> Compensation Items

Select Benefit Balance Name 'Training Test1'

b. When creating a new Comp Item, the currency list STOPS at the letter "S" and Statistical is the last in the drop down and I should be able to select US Dollar but cannot.

Steps for issue 2:
a. View the Total Compensation Statement and see the value as blank
