Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request, instance: Production

When updating a service request in iSupport, the Updated By details are not being captured.

The updated By details should be visible in the iSupport when an update is made on the SR page.

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

> Login into iSupport
> Open a service request
> Make changes to the SR
> The Updated By details are not visible.
