Symptoms


When attempting to hire an applicant the following error occurs on People form.

APP-PAY-07975. There must not be any future assignment actions arising after the change effective date



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using XX HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Go to People->Enter and Maintain
3. Query accepted applicant person on the <new hire date>
4. Select Action: Hire Applicant
5. Save and above error occurs
