Retro NI Deductions Are Reversed In The Next Payroll Period (Doc ID 1911559.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying Patch 18652112:R12.PAY.B - 18614026 INCORRECT RETRO NI CALCS WITH RETRO OVERLAP -NOT EFFECTIVE FROM BOT , NI retro is generated in June even though there are no retrospective changes to NI. The values of these Retro NI Entries are exactly reverse of the Retro entries generated in May. This is Incorrect

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Retropay was run in May 2014, it generated Retro NI entries in May (coming from April 2014) due to Retrospective Changes to Pensions. This is Correct

2. The Payroll was run for May 2014. The NI deductions were cumulative of Retro NI + May Deductions. This is Correct

3. However when Retropay is run in June 2014, The Retropay process generated Retro NI entries in June 2014(coming from May 2014) even though there are no retrospective changes to NI. The values of these Retro NI Entries are exactly reverse of the Retro entries generated Step 1. This is Incorrect
