Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Performing an RMA Receipt for "loaner" items (returning internally owned items to Inventory from a customer location) does not clear the Bill To and Ship To address information.

Expected Behavior
Bill To and Ship To address information should be null for internally owned and internally located item instances
