Symptoms

In Iprocurement, when submitting a requisition for approval, if the preparer does not belong to the hierarchy and adds an approver manually, when this approver attempts to amend the requisition clicking on "Edit Requisition" in the approval notification
the following error occurs.
Same issue occurs also in Core Purchasing form when the approver clicks on Open Requisition, the same message is raised when the approver modifies the requisition in the form and try to save his work

Error:
"No supervisor was found for the worker with worker id of xxxxx. No one on the approval hierarchy has the authority to approve the document. "
Worker id xxx is e employee ID of the preparer who is not in the hierarchy

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-A Preparer who is not in the approval hierarchy logs in to iProcurement and create a requisition

2-As Preparer is not in the default hierarchy for Purchase requisition  "no approver found is raised by the system when the requisition is submitted"

3-So Preparer adds an approver manually to Approval list

This approver has the right to approve the requisition and is in the hierarchy for Purchase Requisition approval

4-Preparer submits the Requisition for approval

5-Approver logs in and has received the notification to approve the requisition

6-Approver clicks on Edit Requisition

7-Approver clicks on Approver checkout

8-Approver edits the line and modify the charge account who is false

9-Approver applies the modification and tries to submit

10-System raises the message
"No supervisor was found for the worker with worker id of xxxxx. No one on the approval hierarchy has the authority to approve the document. "
Worker id xxxxx is the preparer employee id who is not in the hierarchy
