Oracle Applications Framework - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Installed 12.1.3 JDev <Patch: 9879989> on Windows 7, 32-bit running in Windows XP mode

Unzipped files
Set up JDEV_USER_HOME environment variable
Assigned toolbox responsibilities
Launched Jdeveloper
Followed the steps <Note: 1107973.1> and <Note: 357218.1> to configure the database connection

Get the error messages when rebuilding toolbox.jws:
"Unable to open file" and "The document is not in the XMLPath" errors.

The error message is displayed for every xml file in the toolbox\attributes toolbox\lov and toobox\samplelib folders under JDEV_USER_HOME\myprojects. Navigate to the JDEV_USER_HOME\myprojects folders and can see these files exist.
For the error message that says "The document is not in the XMLPath \jdevbin\jdev\...." This references the folders under jdevbin\oamdsxml\fwk, but don't find an oamdsxml folder under jdevbin.

 First time to setup JDeveloper
