Running OUI CLI Home Cloning Errors With Registration Driver regclone.drv File is Missing (Doc ID 1911885.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, Rapidclone,
when attempting to run adcfclone.pl, the following error is reported in the applyappstier log:

1. Clone a system: adcfclone.pl appsTier.
