Service Request, HTML Screens The Item Number Does Not Display All Segments

In the CRM Service Request, Charges Tab, the item field has been updated to contain 2 segments which displays correctly in forms. However, in the HTML pages only the first segment is displayed.
Expect both segments to display in the HTML, CSZ Charges.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add segments to the Item flexfield used by Charges.
2. In CS HTML pages, when looking at Charges, the field only displays the first segment.
