Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Full Contract termination for a future dated contract does not create full credit value, it only terminates the first year.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the full amount to be credited.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Service Contract Manager responsibility

2. Create a future dated contract

3. Do advance invoicing

4. Terminate the contract with full credit

5. Credit Memo amount does not match full credit amount
