Symptoms
In the global flexfield Additional Information for Brazil, there is no values in the list of values for the Payment Location City field.
Expect to see values in the list of values.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Brazilian localization
2. Path: Setup -> Options -> Payables (APXCUMSP)
3. Go to the Brazilian Additional Information
In the global flexfield Additional Information for Brazil, there is no values in the list of values for the Payment Location City field.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the Payables Options setup.
