Symptoms

When attempting to update any assignments, the following error occurs. The issue happened after applying patch 17255295.


FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration. Please look into the web-server log for details.

oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose an HR responsibility, e.g. CA HR Manager.
3. Navigate to People-> Enter and Maintain.
4. Query an employee.
5. Click the Assignment button.
6. Update any field.
