AutoConfig Fails On Applications Tier In R12.2.0 EBS (Doc ID 1912332.1)

Symptoms

On E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 version, Other OAM features
when attempting to run autoconfig on the apps tier,
the following error occurs:
