Old And New Actual Effort Are Not Being Populated Consistently In The Task Audit (Doc ID 1912359.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When the actual effort is modified in the tasks tab, the modified details of the actual effort are not showing up in the task audit tab in the form.

The task audit tab should list all the modifications provided in the actual effort.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create a task.
Make changes to the actual effort.
Review the changes in the Audit tab of the task
The changes which have been made will not show up.
