MFAR Accounting Entries of the Miscellaneous Receipts Have Not Been Migrated from PSA Schema (11i) to AR and XLA (R12). As a result, You Cannot Reverse the Receipts (Doesn't Balance by Balancing Segment) (Doc ID 1912397.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, General Ledger Transfer

MFAR accounting entries of the Miscellaneous Receipts have not been migrated from PSA schema (11i) to AR and XLA (R12).   As a result, you are not able to reverse the receipts (doesn't balance by balancing segment).
Miscellaneous Receipts, created before the upgrade, cannot be reversed.

The next event(s) did not transfer to GL

Create Accounting program completes with the following error:
 
Cause :
The subledger journal entry does not balance by balancing segment and the ledger option Balance Cross-Entity Journals is not enabled for the ledger Department of Energy's Book. Please update the balancing segment values for each line so that they balance or enable the Balance Cross-Entity Journals option for the ledger Department of Energy's Book.
