Symptoms

For a new operating unit, in AutoAccounting Setup form, Receivables account, accounting flexfield segments are not displayed in the correct order

Segment 1  got 4th rank
Segment 2  got 5th rank
Segment 3  got 6th rank
Segment 4  got 7th rank
Segment 5  got 1st rank
Segment 6  got 2nd rank
Segment 7  got 3th rank

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Setup > Transactions > AutoAccounting
