Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Material Move Orders
When attempting to transact a Move Order created from EAM Work Order (WIP Issue Move Order) for a project with expenditure org different than the inventory one the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PJM-58055: Project references are not allowed for the locator for this transaction.
Cause: The transaction does not have project references.
Action: Remove the project references in the locator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an EAM Work Order
2. Create MO for the same
3. Transact the MO
