Contract Lifecycle Management: Award with Multiple Repeating Deliverables Errors: Award 123 Failed Merge (Doc ID 1912571.1)

In Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), while approving an award  that meets either of these following conditions, receive error.

1. The award has multiple repeating deliverables
2. The deliverable is repeating and relative to a certain event (for example,  Purchase Order Signed).

If the award has one repeating deliverable or is not a combination of Repeating/Relative, then the award approves successfully.

Award 123 failed merge

Action PO_DRAFT_MERGE_PKG.MergeReserve_Autonomous : PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT.do_approve for base doc caused result
PO_DRAFT_MERGE_PKG.mergeReserve_Autonomous: PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT.do_approve for base doc.
Error Message is PO_DRAFT_MERGE_PKG.MergeReserve_Autonomous: PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT.do_approve for base doc.

1. Navigate Awards > Awards View Deliverable

2. Enter award with following fields.
     Deliverable Name : repeating/relative
     Deliverable Category:
     Deliverable Type: Contractual
     Due Date Description: Repeats every 4 weeks on &DAY_OF_WEEK starting 5 days after Purchase Order Signed until 02-JUL-2014
     Check  Deliverable is Overdue

3. Approve, receive error
    Error: Award 123 Failed Merge

4. Unable to merge document
