Sales Rep / Resource Names within Trade Management (Claims) not Updating (Doc ID 1912689.1)

In 12.1.3, Resource names within Trade Management (Claims) not updating

When user goes in to settle a Claim, the sales rep field is selected. When the user selects the field – they see the current LOV from Sales Resources, however once the field is selected- the name defaults to the prior resource name before it was changed.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Login to Application, Go to Responsibility 'CRM Administrator' --> Resource Manager : Maintain Resources --> Resources
2. Create or query resource xxxxxx who has Category as Other.
3. Go to Responsibility 'Oracle Trade Management User' --> Claims page
4. Query an existing Claim DEDXXXXX and from Sales rep LOV, Search for "resource xxxxx" Able to View the sales rep resource xxxxx from Search and select window, click select button

However once the field is selected- the sales rep name defaults to the prior resource name -yyyyyyy  instead of xxxxx
