AR_00322 Transactions Workbench Issue: Exchange Rate Value Is Populated Incorrectly With Negative Value (Doc ID 1912838.1)

Symptoms

Exchange rate is populated with -ve values incorrectly for the Transactions.
The Transaction is incorrectly created with -ve exchange rate.

Since the exchange rate is incorrectly populated with -ve values, the ACCTD_AMOUNT (Amount * EXCHANGE_RATE) is incorrectly populated in the RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL table for the Distributions.

As a result the distributions in AR_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL Table corresponding to those transactions are incorrectly populated.
