Generate WSDL Command Errors With Inserted value too large for column (Doc ID 1913216.1)

Symptoms

While generating a WSDL the Integrated SOA gateway is failing with:

Error occured while service was processing.
Error Details oracle.apps.fnd.soa.util.SOAException: ServiceProcessingError: Exception returned from JCA Service Runtime. file:/busapps/ifop/ame0/inst/apps/IFOPAME_ifopame0vw2/soa/PLSQL/4673/PICK_EXCEPTION.wsdl [ PICK_EXCEPTION_ptt::PICK_EXCEPTION(InputParameters,OutputParameters) ] - WSIF JCA Execute of operation 'PICK_EXCEPTION' failed due to: Error binding the value of a parameter. An error occurred when binding the value of parameter P_INBOUND_DATA in the ISG_PICK_EXCEPTION.MICH_WSH_PICKEXC_SHPCNF_PKG34 API. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Inserted value too large for column: "1801131055103051_10110EAEA" [Caused by: Inserted value too large for column: "1801131055103051_10110EAEA"] ; nested exception is: ORABPEL-11808 Error binding the value of a parameter. An error occurred when binding the value of parameter P_INBOUND_DATA in the ISG_PICK_EXCEPTION.MICH_WSH_PICKEXC_SHPCNF_PKG34 API. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Inserted value too large for column: "1801131055103051_10110EAEA" [Caused by: Inserted value too large for column: "1801131055103051_10110EAEA"] Check to ensure that the parameter is a valid IN or IN/OUT parameter of the API.
