Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to debrief a component for an internal customer, the parent instance is not AUTOMATICALLY populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Parent instance field is populated automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a SR for an internal party
2. Enter a Parent Instance in SR header
3. Create Task
4. Debrief the Task, enter a Material debrief line with a component Instance number, check the Parent Instance field.
