FNDCPPUR Fails ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment too small (Doc ID 1913432.1)

Symptoms

When submitting the spawned concurrent program "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" (FNDCPPUR), the following request log file error message occurs.

"APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1555 in request

Cause: request failed due to ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 9 with name "<ROLLBACK_SEGMENT_NUMBER>$" too small
