Symptoms
On Applications 12.1.6
Find when viewing enrollments for a class Ex-employee is displaying as person type Employee.
-- Expected Behavior
Expect person type to reflect the current person type for the person.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new employee / learner
2. Enroll in a course today
3. Have the learner / new employee play / complete the content
4. Terminate employee
People / Enter and Maintain / Find person - learner from item 1)
Others / End Employment
Enter date less than or equal to yesterday date for all dates Notified, Projected, Actual, Last Standard Process and Final Process Date save the termination.
5. View learner in OLM
Oracle Learning Management Administrator / Content Administration / Learner Tab
Enter class name / Click Go
