Cannot Receive An RMA For Items Serial Controlled: WMSINB-22813 Lot/Serial Validation Failed (Doc ID 1913620.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to perform a receipt against an RMA for serialized items the following error is seen:

WMSINB-22813:Lot/Serial validation failed

The inv log file shows the following errors:

The following error may also be encountered in the Serial Entry screen when performing RMA serial receipt:

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field FM_SERIAL_NUMBER
