Performance Issue In Performance Management Page From Manager SS (Doc ID 1913711.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup.

On clicking on 'Performance Management' function from responsibility 'Manager Self-Service', the application is taking a very long time to load. It is taking at least 3 minutes to open.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into responsibility 'Manager Self-Service'.
2. Navigate to function 'Performance Management'.
3. The application takes at least 3 minutes to load the page.
